Friday, November 9, 2018, Joe Cusick, a
Marquette alumnus and Director of the OIC’s Institutional Education &Business Development at OCC, gave a talk on options strategies. The Options Clearing
Corporation (OCC) is the world's largest
equity derivatives clearing organization and the foundation for secure markets.
Dr. David
Krause, AIM program director, said “Joe Cusick is a passionate speaker and his

Joseph
was previously the Senior Vice President of Education at optionsXpress, where
he created and implemented education and media programs to help investors and
advisers incorporate options as an equity portfolio management tool.

Prior to
Charles Schwab’s acquisition of optionsXpres, Joe lent his market expertise to
help launch the firm’s brokersXpress subsidiary, where he developed several
risk-sensitive equity allocation and tactical derivative programs. Joseph is
also a frequent contributor to various media outlets including The Wall Street
Journal, Business Week, Barron’s, CNBC, BNN and Bloomberg. Joseph has Series 4,
7, 63 & 66 licenses.
