Dr. Krause presented on 11/20 at the symposium “Europe: Integration/Disintegration"

Marquette University’s Office of International Education hosted  a symposium on current issues facing the European Union on November 20, 2015. 

Dr. David Krause, AIM Program Director, presented at the symposium “Europe: Integration/Disintegration" held in the Raynor Memorial Libraries’ Beaumier  Suites. Other Marquette faculty joining Krause included:  Professor of Economics, Abdur Chowdhury and Joseph Daniels,  Chair of the Department of Economics.

The symposium focused on the current issues facing the European Union. Dr. Martin A. Schain, professor of politics at New York University, offered the keynote address on “Crises at the Border,” and faculty panels addressed other topics, including immigration and migration, economics, Russia and Ukraine, social policy, austerity policies, and more.
