Dr. David Krause, Applied Investment Management program director said, "This was our fourth visit to Timpani to pitch stocks. We appreciate Brandon, Ryan, and Mike taking the time to hear the presentations and offer their comments and advice. The 'road trips' have been a huge successful since we began this practice three years ago. The students are able to visit investment firms and interact with entire teams - which has enhanced the applied learning experience. They also receive valuable feedback in regards to how to pitch a stock and answer questions from investment professionals."

The students have presented in the Milwaukee area, as well as Madison and Chicago. Krause said, "We now try to schedule the AIM visits on a Friday afternoon - this seems to work best for our students and the investment firms."
