I've been anxious to have Matt talk with the AIM students for the past several years - his experience in the area of alternative investments was appreciated. We have many traditional asset managers visit the AIM program, but it is rare when we have a hedge fund expert join us."
"Matt talked about the various offerings that UBP provides which include of absolute and relative return products," Krause added. "He talked about alternative assets and fund of funds. It was a very productive class with considerable student interaction. Matt talked about the attractiveness of low correlation assets and the need for a diversified approach to hedge fund investing."
"Over the years Matt has been an asset for the finance students at Marquette. He has been a participant in the 'Ins and Outs of Wall Street' program and has been active in the young Marquette finance alumni network in New York," Krause stated. "I was glad Matt was able to visit us in the AIM Room and to meet all of the current students in the program. He was able to explain rather complicated strategies in a manner everyone could understand. The feedback was excellent and Matt's presence and advice is always appreciated."
