Suited uses artificial intelligence to identify finance candidates most likely to succeed with more than just a resume
Suited is a next generation predictive recruiting platform powered by artificial intelligence
To Marquette
Finance Majors:
Suited goes
beyond a student’s resume to highlight their candidacy holistically and helps connect
students to top-tier investment banks. Suited gathers hundreds of data points
from investment banking employees and uses artificial intelligence algorithms
to identify key drivers of success. This is used to identify students likely to succeed in investment banking.
If you are
interested in investment banking, we recently learned of a new posting resource
and had a phone call with one of the product founders. A website called Suited – www.wellsuited.com
– is used by some investment banks as a way to search for interested
students/applicants and as a posting site for opportunities.
Key Features of Suited
·
Students
may create profiles on the site to explore postings and to be available for
employers that search the site. The
Suited founder described an interest within his firm to recruit from a broader
range of colleges and universities. This
firm is posting to Handshake and complimenting posting opportunities with
searching for applicants that create profiles on the Suited site.
·
Employers
post personality assessments to Suited to evaluate applicants’ fit for
different types of positions.
·
Students
may continuously update their Suited profile (like LinkedIn) to present your
most current information to employers.
·

Keep checking Handshake!
This is an
interesting development, but is not yet the place where the majority of jobs and
internships are posted. KEEP CHECKING HANDSHAKE and please do
so often as many application deadlines will occur in the next 1-3 weeks.
If you have questions about your search,
