The trip
to R.W. Baird on Friday afternoon included 40 Marquette University AIM students in the Classes of 2019 and 2020

Forty
students, Dr. David Krause (Director of Marquette’s Applied Investment
Management program) and Bill Walker (co-teacher of the AIM equity class)
visited Milwaukee-based investment bank, R.W. Baird on Friday.
The students had an opportunity to hear from Baird personnel in
the Equity Capital Markets area (Research, Sales & Trading, Investment
Banking) that included:
Dave Koning – Associate Director of Research
Katie Kasper – VP, Investment Banker
Alice Wycklendt – Equity Research Analyst

Dr. Krause commented, “We are again thankful for the opportunity to
visit Baird. I know that the AIM students in the Classes of 2019 and 2020 enjoyed
the afternoon. It was also great to see some many AIM alumni in attendance at
the student pitches – it puts into perspective the depth of the AIM network
that exists. It was a worthwhile afternoon and we look forward to continuing
the strong relationship with Baird.”
